First Undercoat the miniatures in Black

Uniform/Helmet/Kevlar Vest/Combat Trousers/Holster
Deadly Nightshade (GW) basecoat, then Regal Blue (GW), then Deep Blue 20 a, then apply the first highlight of Tomb Blue 23 a, then apply the second highlight of Vivid Blue, then use a Blue Ink Wash, and finally finish with a Black Ink Wash.

Vest
As above but with White 33 c “SWAT” on the back

Straps/Boots/Weapons/Goggles/T-shirt – All Black
Black 34 a, then Charcoal Black 34 b, then Charcoal Black 34 c.

Goggles
Orange 3 b tint for the lenses, but can be clear or yellow
