What's new from TAG!

Cortes, Artillery and more Pike-men released
by pete - Thursday, September 24th, 2009

Its been quite a while since i have been able to say that i have added new miniatures to our shopping cart, but today i am delighted to say that i have done so.

The packs that are new are;

  • REN317 Hernán Cortés de Monroy y Pizarro and Conquistador Command group
  • REN318 Spanish/Conquistador artillery crew
  • REN319 Early 16th Century small ordinance piece
  • REN329 Neapolitan/Spanish standing with pike/pole-weapon at 30 degrees

There are all suitable for use in the New World as well as Continental Spanish armies or even Spaniards in North Africa during the early years of the 16th Century.

All these 28mm miniatures can be seen on our Featured Products list

There is also a brand new limited edition Freebie miniature to accompany our range of Conquistador and Neapolitan Spanish miniatures. The 'Spaniard Slashing' shown below will be added free to all orders for six basic packs (£33.00) and above. The Full List of all our Freebie miniatures, is here.

There is also on apology to make to those who were expecting the Conquistador Dog-handlers to be on the list of released items. Unfortunately i was unable to get consistently good master-castings of the miniature with the looped-whip to be able to say with conviction that we could cast this miniature in the numbers need to fulfill demand, so it has been returned for re-sculpting and will be release in a slightly altered form.

The see the 'greens' of the miniatures, sculpted by Nick Collier, released today (and the ones that got away) surf to this link.
