Neapolitan swordsmen and Artillery crew on the Workbench
by pete - Thursday, December 3rd, 2009

This evening I am very pleased to be able finally to get round to showing off these latest miniatures in our ongoing Spanish Century Renaissance range.

These new additions are the sword and buckler troops for the Continental Spanish armies and are slightly different to our Conquistador sword and buckler men that are already released. These being much more heavily armoured than the ones designed for the new World

Also on show are the artillery crew for the Neapolitan Spaniards, which again have subtle differences from the Conquistador types we already have having shoes, instead of sturdy boots. They will be supplied with the ‘slight' artillery equipment unless otherwise requested.

These packs mark the end of our Spanish infantry for the period 1495 - 1525; we plan to have more Spanish infantry in the next phase our Spanish Century, but for now these are the last of about 24 packs and we can move onto Cavalry; Gendarmes and Genitors, and Italians.
